Legal Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract (online, phone orders, etc.) without giving any reason and without penalties, within 14 calendar days from:

the date of product delivery (for goods);

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify the seller in writing (by email, online form, or letter) within the 14-day period.

Return Conditions

• For a product to be eligible for return:
• it must be in the same condition as it was delivered;
• it must include the complete original packaging, all accessories, and related documents (invoice, warranty certificate, manuals, etc.);
• it must show no signs of use, wear, impact, scratches, or damage;
• return shipping costs are covered by the consumer;
• reimbursement is made exclusively by bank transfer to the client's account (cash or COD returns are not accepted), within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the returned item.
